Tina is a Tax Manager Who routinely works with Ainer & Fraker, LLP clients.Her academic credentials are equally impressive, holding dual master’s degrees—a Master of Science in Taxation and a Master of Business Administration. Further enhancing her professional development, Tina is an alumnus of the JFK University’s Institute of Entrepreneurial Leadership Program where she achieved high scholastic standards.

Principal Tax Advisor at Bolden Tax Consulting, Tina leverages her extensive experience. She has served as Sr. Tax Manager and Tax Manager for specialized law firms and wealth management firms. And thus, collaborating with attorneys, CPAs, CFPs, IRS Enrolled Agents, Fiduciaries, and bookkeepers. 

She notably held the position of Tax Consultant at KPMG Exempt Organizations, where she played a crucial role in identifying a significant error that led to saving a publicly traded client $6.2M in tax liabilities.

Tina's dedication to education and mentorship is evident in her role as an instructor for the IRS Exam Class, where she imparts knowledge to aspiring entrepreneurs and professionals aiming to become Enrolled Agents. Her leadership transcends professional boundaries as she serves as the Founding President and current Executive Director of “The Pearls of Wisdom, Inc.,” a non-profit organization committed to nurturing young entrepreneurs.
